Mom miscalculated her unemployment and it runs out next week, which sucks. She says that it's time to apply for everything and anything which I thought she already WAS applying for. I know she wants the "perfect" job and all but at this point she just has to get A job. So whatever. Kind of stressed over it but there's nothing I can personally do about it so I have to take a breather and help her as much as I can. Without flipping out or anything.
I packed up two garbage bags of clothes that I don't need any longer. I didn't even put a dent in what I actually wear or touch what's heaped up in the bathroom. I'm going to take it to work to see if the girls want anything, although I doubt any of it will fit them since I'm bigger than they are, but whatevs, it's good to share.
I've committed to going to the Calgary Fanexpo with one of the girls from work! I've never been to such a thing and I'm rather excited. This will be my Comicon, as I will never be able to go to that one since it's SO FREAKING HUGE now. I just wouldn't be able to handle it. This will be enough for me.
I think I'm going to try going to the gym in the morning? I was going to go this evening, was SUPPOSED to, but with mom telling me about the unemployment thing I just didn't want to go, which is exactly why I SHOULD have. Neither here nor there now, but I think I'm going to go in the morning because I have an extra hour before work every day this week so I might as well take advantage of it, especially since there's a hockey game tomorrow night and the gym & arena share a parking lot so there's no way I'm fighting that bullshit after work.
I have extra time in the morning because I did six hours of OT at work this weekend due to transitions with the other departments and sending pages and whatnot. I might as well make use of it.
