Today
Today was having a pretty crap day- felt so caught up in the mundane. The daily hike from the south side to UQ, the long bus trips, the lack of seating, old pensioners etc...
Anyways something exciting did happen today - unfortunately I am not at liberty to say in case a certain someone reads this. Maybe in the future I will tell you, when we are happily married (when they legalise gay marriage lol) and have plenty of grand kids running around.
Tip of the day - did you know that coffee coagulates? YES INDEED!
Ok here's the story...
I often take a thermos of coffee to uni - because i refuse to fork out nearly $4.00 for a below average coffee everyday. Anyways accidentially left the thermos with some coffee still in it in my bag. So i found it and went to clean it out, and literally the coffee fell out in mushy chunks. You know when you dip a biscuit (scotchfinger yummy) into your coffee, and then when you have finished and at the bottom of the cup you are left with soggy biscuit crumbs... well this is how the coffee came out of the thermos. Interesting huh?
Anyways, guess who is at rockinghorse on sat arvo? yes indeed, the SuicideGirls... WOW!... they sure have made some of my long winter nights comfatable... planning to make good use of my digital camera on saturday. Plus going to see a gig saturday arvo at the valley all by myself!!!! No B to keep me safe, and to make me look straight.
