Story Yummies, Dark Turns, and...Aizen-sama?
Getting together with my beta is a Very Bad Thing. For one, JT is exquisitely good at reminding me that storytelling is definitely in my blood for sure. I had a smashing night, whipping my little copyboat down the lake with better speed than I've ever had. I'm in a good mood and it's a good day.
So JT pretty much gives me the green light to share one of my latest daydreams... and considering it's me, you know it's hiding behind a cut for a reason, right?

It started with..Caramelldansen. Don't even. I don't even know. But I saw a bleach version with an Orihime and an Ulquiorra doing the dance and I saw their uniforms. The black lines.
I immediately thought of the perforated line of my notebook. I kept following those black lines on Orihime's uniform...and realized that I was in a mood to dive deeper into kink land.
I've never bothered writing a list of my kinks because they shift anyway. Some things are easier to execute in stories. So oh...oh...this story...is going to be fucking crazy. First, it's both yaoi and het, which is something that I don't do often. I've decided to call it Of Perforations and Predilections, and there's a few themes I really want to explore with this story. So I'm kinda going to ramble a bit, because I know this has the potential to be decent, even one of my better stories if I execute it properly.
First, I didn't want to go with an OC when we have such a lovely setup in Las Noches. We have Orihime, Aizen, Gin, and Ulquiorra. Now, I'm not an Orihime fangirl, unless it comes time to cause Orihime pain. I initally dreamt of this story as more/less dub con, rather painful for Orihime. That hasn't quite changed, but I think I can do better than that. I think I want to explore the concept of sexual awakening and growth. Orihime is in a new environment and in a mental state that would make a new behavior and lifestyle much easier to adapt to. She doesn't have a choice, but I didn't want to just have Aizen pull her into decadence so quickly.
I thought about my own experiences on both sides of the D/s playground. I do want Orihime to think carefully about the choice offered. Domination without mercy or understanding is worthless to me. I considered the way my current sub interacts with me -- he's a manager for a company I used to have an association with (never my boss, mind you), and he has a very forward personality much like myself. For him, submission is definitely a choice and a gift.
But how to incorporate that into a situation where Orihime has so few choices? Is choice truly an illusion or can there be some measure of choice and control on Orihime's part? I argue yes for one main reason: if Aizen wanted to, he would have already. I also see Aizen as a grand chessboard player, who understands that sometimes forcing a piece into place can keep long term benefits from happening. I like the idea and I really, really want to expand on that -- I want to see Orihime walk into a BDSM-flavored life in Las Noches aware of what it means.
ICness is a concern for me, even though this is most likely going to be AU more/less in the style of Moonbathing. Orihime's age is such that it can be argued that she can't grasp such a strong concept as BDSM. I counter back with the real life experience of having numerous friends that discovered their BDSM-based desires far before the age of 18 -- age is just a number. We know what we want, and even when we don't have access to all the books, information, and training -- control hacking (as my dear friend calls BDSM jokingly) is something that people either want or don't want.
I wrote the pairing equation out as AiHimeGin + Ulquiorra for a few reasons. One, this isn't an UlquiHime in the slightest. In my Las Noches-verse, Ulquiorra is the devoted servant of Aizen-sama above everything else - I see him as a villain, not Orihime's hero. I'm aware that in the manga he begins to open up to her, and I will play on that as well. IN fact, I have a feeling that's going to make her "downfall" (I can't find another word for it right now - this is a sex-positive story and "downfall" implies that her growing sexual awareness will be displayed as a Bad Thing - I'll leave that to the reader ultimately, but I don't think so)

I also see another attempt at an GinUlquiorra, which fascinates the hell out of me. Why Preforations and Predilections? It comes partially from a scene in Moonbathing where Aizen is speaking to Kyouka Suigetsu, who quips to him, "You've always had a thing for redheads." Preforations refers back to the "neat" way Aizen likes things to come together, as well as the lines of Orihime's uniform.
Kink list so far for the story as a whole: overly-encouraged sexual awakening (I don't want to use the word forced, for obvious reasons), BDSM (bondage [including a suspension scene, wish me luck on that one - I've only done 3 suspension scenes in real time! *squeaks*], obvious domination-submission games, a little S&M on the AiGin side), rough play, dirty language, clothes manipulation (both clothes-cutting and purposeful clothes-ripping, as well as exposing one part of the body while leaving the rest covered), cosplay (why not have some kinky costumes? Aizen shirtless in leather pants? Only behind closed doors, baby.), piercings & markings (I'm thinking more/less having this start out as an illusion of Aizen's KS rather than "real", but i haven't decided yet) ... swapping/sharing (Orihime and Ulquiorra...mmm, the gifts that keep on giving...and moaning...and coming....give them to your Espada today?! - haven't decided if I'll leave this in the story as a whole or leave it out)
I also want a key party. I demands it. This story begs for a swinging element hardcore.
I also want Orihime's appearance to slowly change. Like her hair...I gotta make that hair sexy. I will leave it orange for the most part, but I think a bunch of sexy curls would be cool. Can't you tell I like girls with curly hair? I mean, her hair is curled somewhat but I really want moaaar. I'll be consulting some Big Sexy Hair guides or something. I'm a shorthair brat in real time, with an immense envy for long hair. Damn. I'm not sure if I'll do any hairpulling / using hair as a handle stuff in here.
I know that the pairing will have others involved with each other - what I mean by that is like, OrihimexGin, OrihimexUlquiorra, OrihimexAizen, not just in the threesome sense but throughout the story. I really want to see how she reacts as each partner changes.
Oh, public exhibitionism is a must for this.
There's obviously a lot of sexual situations going on in this story series - it will end up being at least 25-30 chapters. There's no way that I can make this realistic, believable and sane in 3 or 4 chapters. Exposition, setup, and flow are going to be really key in order to pulling the readers into the dark!Orihime element, as well as making the rest fit together.
I'm pretty hesitant, as it's in a sense my "crossing the Rubicon" story -- there's no hiding the kink factor after this, and I have mixed feelings about that. On one hand, this is who I am...but at the same time...ther'e salways that invisible line I think where people go 'Okay, this is WAY too much for me'. I know that this will not be a story for everyone. Choosing Orihime instead of an OC for the center of this story is going to bring out the haters, but *gangsta lean* haters gonna hate, yo.
