Or maybe it's finally the zombies coming out to say "hi". In any event, it's a busy day in my little room by the morgue.

I've got a pinched nerve under my right scapula. Pilates tonight should be an interesting challenge.

I can't wait to eat my left overs from last night's fun meal. The mequite grilled shrimp were yummy.

I'm so happy it's going to be a hot weekend. I love steamy hot.

Poor Yukio. He hates his medications. But at least we're done with the pain killers.
