Well I think I'm going to take some pictures today of my other projects I've finished and some I haven't.
I spent alot of yesterday looking through this site :
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.phpespecially thier bag, purse and wallet tutorial list. It rocks! There are so many great pictures of instructions. Thier featured projects are great too! I just absolutely am in love with all the projects and pictures of people's finished projects and clothing. I'm also astounded at how much people recycle things I consider trash, like empty juice bags, into coin purses and wallets and bags. Also I'm amazed at how many people go to thrift stores and reclaim, renew and reuse old clothes, sheets, pillowcases, etc. I've never been a thrift store shopper and I've never been to one. My mother was a very proud woman and would never have gone to those places and bought used clothing, though she did like garage sales, go figure. I'm not saying its wrong to go to those places, I think its a fab idea to be able to get stuff for $1 or under and turn into something totally usable with a little sewing or imagination. I really applaud those people. I think if my Mom were still alive today she would see all those ideas and run with them and run to a thrift store. I may have to bite the bullet and go to one soon. I really need to furnish and decorate my home and I haven't even had the money to buy what I like from IKEA. And if you know what an IKEA is you would know that it doesn't take too much money to furnish your home from there.
