Global Warming

Since I've been rather bored at work, I was reading Mother Jones magazine and they had a list of actual ideas that scientists had proposed to help stop global warming. Most of them were pretty crazy and involved things like giant "lasers" and Styrofoam insulators. Underneath each one was a reality check. My favorite though, went something like this:

Proposal: Genetically engineer a creature that can metabolize carbon dioxide
Reality Check: They're called trees.
