Hey, back.
I used that Internet blackout thingy in Asia to rest from the net for few days. Or I don't know, maybe just that old shit of resting from being online because last year Internet was about meeting and knowing more about Anissa. Heh, plenty of stuff to remind me of her in last few days...Nana, Innocence, Japanese literature..
I got grip of life in Indonesia much better in the last few weeks. Driving lessons were okay, despite a motorcycle hit the front left side of the car slightly and on the next day I made the left hand rear view mirror broken. For the first the instructor let it go but for the second he made me paid for the new mirror, plus trip to a dodgy spare parts shop in the Chinatown.
Still, Mom said not on Earth she would me practice in my own time until my sister's wedding in February. She gives me death glare everytime I ask if I can practice with our family car.
Yes, I still do not meet any of my friend. Actually in past years everytime I'm home I only spent total 1-2 days with 2 friends. Now I feel they are okay to communicate with me but not with meeting me. On the other hand, my cousin went to my house for New Year's weekend and spent his days playing Winning Eleven and sleeping.
I've received my academic transcript from La Trobe (good job!), but still no development in jobseeking. Well, I'm still also half-assed in appling jobs online. Today an NGO gave positive reply to my application to become their website's translator, me and 21 other people. I've signed contract to a cable Internet company, but the service will not be available until late January. After that I hope I can return to bittorrent.
