Been busy as all hell...
I've been alot since the lost postie... I guess I'll just write about the highlights...
Saw Scott Pilgrim...and I loved it o.o; Yeah I wasn't expecting it and I hate myself a little for it but...I loved it. I love the manga as well and its differences. So, I guess this means I'm good at laughing at myself. It was a movie about love, with video game sound effects....I imagine those sounds all the time...in my head ><. Oh well. I'm still reading the manga (on book 3/6 its GREAT :p )
The other day I look at my credits...college credits. I saw something that amazed me....technical I am graduating. Yeah. I have a bachelors in English on the way. I look back on it and look at myself and the grammar school me would look at me now, and probably drown himself. Yeah, I've changed major so many times it felt like I've taken every class there is...hehe. From Math to chem to drama to English to finally Dramatic Literature...shit...College of Staten Island got their money's worth out of me for sure....
On Saturday Oct 2nd I saw Al Pacino live! It was awesome! (and free). He did a little show about his acting career from the stage to his more popular roles but the part that hit me the hardest was when he was reading Oscar Wilde's works. He's actually a genius. I mean that in the most loving way possible. Almost moved me to tears...to be honest..
Hmm...nothing much after that. I completed Mario Galaxy 2 100% and beat the hardest level EVER. It felt nice considering I died at least 132 times (I lost count when I broke the Wii Remote Strap) Now to enjoy my 5 day break! Well ok..I'm skipping friday...for Anime fest of course!
