Fourthwalling: Probably, no. Then again, canon also fourthwalls, so...maybe a good idea would just be to ask.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I can't think of any right now. 8|

Hugging this character: Go for it. He'll freeze right up or turn red, but that's about it.
Kissing this character: Depends on the type of kiss. Unless you're someone he's familiar with, he'll just turn bright red and be all moe before pushing you away. Hell, even close friends get that reaction.
Flirting with this character: Sure. Though most of the time he'll completely miss the point.
Fighting with this character: He's a fighting game character, he lives for this kind of stuff. Hell, I'd encourage it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Loss of limbs, fatal wounds, etc, I'd ask that you'd talk with me about it first.
Killing this character: I'd really like to try to avoid that, unless it's plotted out in advance.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It'll have a bit of resistance, as there's the influence of Nirvana, but it's a-okay.
Warnings: Not many. Just that touching his sister, taking away his sister, attacking his sister will get a very angry reaction out of him.
