wow encampment
I said tonight at the baronial meeting I would organize a camp for WOW.
what I need you to do to help organize an encampment
1. send in the preregistration form with group camping with as windmasters before oct 8 ( in their hands)
2. let me know you sent in the form ( here on the forums or in an email Marionred at hotmail.com)
3. give me the size of your tent, is modern or period, do you want to be in a more quiet area ( you go to sleep early and do not want dunstun out side your tent singing all night:)
4. do you want to be part of a meal plan ( pay before oct 6 $10)
meal plan, I was planning on doing this for a few friends but hey the whole barrony is a few friends
my plan was 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner $10 a person
food for breakfast will be starch( pancakes, bread) fruit ( random and cheep) protien ( eggs, meat)
dinner will be HOT depending on the number of people will depend on the type of food ( as there is no kitchen)
I will be asking for help with cleaning and cooking I believe it will take 2 to 3 people per every 20 people to cook over a fire
I will also be asking for help with cooking flames as needed, so if you have a camp stove or braizer let me know if we can use it ( or table)
but mainly I will need a firm head count on food by oct 6 ( firm meaning I have your $10 in hand) I will be attending one meeting or practice in each caton in the next two weeks so that every one can hand me money or email me and I will send you and adress. I will post my schedule tomorrow when I can think better.
