KK BUT I NEVER PLAYED ON LJ A FORUM SO INSTRUCT ME but isn't Germany reserved? I CAN BE PRUSSIA TOO.

And gladly, if you have any questions just ask me; but the gist of it is to reserve a character and complete the application. After you are accepted, just start posting/plotting with the others~! And hopefully, the plot will move and shit will happen.

well, a Germany handed in their application; she knew just about nothing about Germany so I asked her to research and fix it up and she disappeared. but Prussia would be awesome~ since I also play Austria there.
