Eggman and OVA eggman were the best IMHO. They werent as cliche'd as AOSTH, SATAM, and SU's versions, which embody three different types of stereotypical villians we see more often, such as the troublemaker type villian (AOSTH) to the evil dictator villian who reeks of political messages of the early 90's (Satam) and then the backstabbing villian who takes power by stabbing everyone's back, which is remniscent to how people got in power in europe. Eggman, insane doctor, yes cliche'd, but has a bit of his own originality, and isnt truly evil, just mad and crazy, bit funny and is the type who prefers pissing off his enemies and fucking around with them a bit before he tries to ice them.
Eggman from the OVA, perverted loser type who's out to cause pointless destruction to get control over the planet. (funny enough, he'd end up killing everyone and ruling nothing) and wants to bone a teenage girl. Uses sneaky tactics and lies to trick his enemies into doing what he wants, which in that respect, is what makes him closer to eggman.
