need a long or a cocktail dress for the Star Ball. asap
got one back home in Pavlodar but even DHL won't be able to deliver it on time :(

btw, can anyone explain me what a cocktail dress should look like? googled for the description and the pics - judging by those nearly every open short dress without collar and sleeves can be considered a cocktail one. in this case i have one in my suitcase. will look at it tomorrow.
