Memo to Sam: Thou shalt not touch Ouija boards.

Poor Olivia …

Favorite lines:

"I read once that big windows were a sign of wealth in old houses like this, because large panes of glass were expensive. Crenshaw was showing off."

Interesting. And I love that Sam knows this.

The air inside the cells was stale, thick with the musty smells of rotting wood and rodent droppings.

Eew!

"Great. Why can't anything ever be simple?"

"Because then it wouldn't be any fun."

*g* Of course Dean would think that.

"I don't want you messing with the board, okay?" Dean blurted out. "It's not safe."

"Not safe," Sam repeated blankly. "Right. As opposed to... the sweet fluffy-bunny things we normally mess with?"

LOL! I love Dean being all protective, and then Sam’s snarky response.

"This is bullshit, Dean. You know what we have to do, and you don't want to do it because of me. Is that how it's going to be from now on? Am I a liability now?"

Ooh, good question. Sam really wouldn’t like being a liability.

"Fine," Dean muttered sulkily ( ... )

Oh, nice. Love the banter. And the description of Sam's vision thingy.

"Hippie new-age woo-woo crap," Dean muttered.

Bwah!

Nice. I love how Dean slips up with his worry for Sam and it pisses Sam off but still realizes Dean is actually using common sense. Poor guy, didn't think when he reached out and touched the board and suddenly in that terrible place. Great description of what he found and how he was feeling and the ghost being afraid and poor girl, thinking she was wicked and going to hell. I kept thinking the reason why nobody gets any spelling on the board is because the slaves wouldn't know how to read. It's all just so sad.
