Merry Christmas y Adios!

Tonight I leave for El Paso and eventually I'll end up in Juarez, Mexico sometime tommorrow. I finally finished packing!

I had a wonderful Christmas.

I went on a road trip with my parents, sister, and Candy to Little Rock Arkansas to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert on the 21st...why see it here in Oklahoma City when you can make a fun road trip out of it? We had floor seats and it was amazing!

Saturday I had Christmas with the Crager family...they are so great! I love my family very much! I'm too old now to get gifts on that side of the family...it's kinda sad but it's always fun watching the little kids open up their gifts.

Sunday was Church...and who knew that no one would be in Sunday School except Candy, Angela, and I and then Hubert would bring in two brothers...it changed the rest of Christmas. We ended up hanging out Sunday night...we took them to Bricktown to show them our oh so amazing Oklahoma City...then we went to my house where we watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and goofed off until 2am...it was quite a bit of fun!

Unfortunately I had to be at Aunt Betty's house at 8:30am Monday morning for our annual Christmas Breakfast. I filled up on food and had fun with my cousins. I gave my three cousins, Amanda, Brittany & Caitlan, a set of the Narnia books and a Narnia cd for Christmas. After that it was off to the Lacer Christmas. I spent time with my Papa...and I got to know one of my cousins, Stephanie. All the kids on that side are in 6th grade or below...the oldest ones there yesterday were 4th grade and below...then you have me and my sister...so it's sorta odd. I don't really talk much with the older people...and the little kids are too busy screaming and running around. But it was pretty fun. Then I came home and had Christmas with just my family. I got a microSD card for my cell phone...which now has lots of ringtones and probably 150 songs on it...who needs an IPOD when you can have a cell phone that is an mp3 player and everything else...plus it's way cheaper and more functional. I got Pirates of the Caribbean 2...the bloopers weren't all that funny just to let everyone know.

Then last night Candy and I went over to the Tim & Matt's little apartment thing at Marybell's...and we built a "fort"...that never actually found a sheet over the top of it. Elliot came over too and we watched Accepted. It was lots of fun but at 10pm we had to leave cause Candy had things to do...we said goodbye...but not for good...well hopefully...

Cause today, if Candy quickens up some...we should be hanging out with them for one last time before we leave for Mexico and they leave for Indiana. All I've done today is packed...and play with the cat and its toys it got for Christmas...it cracks me up how much fun I can have with cat toys. So now I'm on writing for the last time in 2006...well most likely the last time since I'm going to Mexico.

So Merry Christmas everyone...even though it was yesterday and have a Happy New Year! I know I will!

So to end 2006:

The final bow's been taken
The curtains coming down
The crew though here
inside their minds
are in tommorrow's town

And so the show is over
And it's time to dim the lights
But may God keep you
and protect you
As we all depart this night

-TSO

Hasta Luego!
