Australia Day 2006 went well. I worked 10-1, then met KTK to go lunch shopping. We mde our way to the botanical gardens and met Ellie & Mari, Ali & Tom, Scott, Mia, Elly, Flick. We had lunch and played cricket. HEat was bearable. We headed hoem to get ready for the evening. Scott took KTK & I to Elly's where we had pizza & pre-drinks. HEaded into

umm yeah i certainly wasnt really expecting bernie to get the top spot. i had my money on wolfmother as a shoe in.
but yeah i started of liking the song a bit, but then it was just everywhere that i turned so i got over it, plus, as a devout powderfinger fan, i didnt know how i felt about bernie going solo. but actually u know how i told u i slept on the beach the other day? yeah well on the way home that morning it was on, and it perfectly described the way we all felt - "up so early feels so bright" (this was at about 5.30am. "Didnt get much sleep last night" didnt get any at all - cause i was scared of the crabs coming an getting us, so i kept guard.
yay for australia day. picnics are the best ever. and the races too the other day. oh and thanks for all the inspirational chats and couselling that u have provided as of late. ur a corker!!!
