tour and fun stuff
Life has been very busy lately. Trying to really buckle down and work on things. Need to start a new project but still trying to catch up on old ones. Tour with Paul was super fun and I think it went pretty well.
First stop was our old stomping grounds...grand rapids. And a new favorite place--brick road pizza co. What a place. We were seated at "the sun table" away from the jazz band.
Then after a brief stop in Lansing and visits to Horrocks, we headed down to OHIO
There was some real weird mist coming off lake Eerie right by the soggy dog house.
The next morning we got up after a night of dirty rotten scoundrels and headed off to the "rock hall" no cameras allowed in there=no pictures...LAME. Then we went to Melt Bar and Grilled. Whew what a place. Here are our grilled cheeses (they had vegan cheese and soup!) I kept half of mine in the car for pretty much the rest of tour...
Then Columbus--first time at the Monster House didn't not disappoint, it was fun and I really love those kids.
Then a brief (3 hour) stop at IKEA cinci before heading to bloomington for a night
Did some juicing
Then headed off to Louisville for Skull Alley. First time in Louisville was also fun, complete with Ramseys to eat and late night Qdoba (apparently a staple there) It was fun hanging out with Jimmy and Frances.
Then we went back to Bloomington on Easter and hung out at the co-op for a bit
Then did a late night drive in the rain up to Chicago complete with meijer stops and a weird rest area where the water was contaminated so we had to use hand sanitizer.
Then Milwaukee.
Then back home. Fun, fun.
