My Bring Back Lian Harper Petition

I was inspired to make a petition because Lian Harper, daughter of Roy Harper, in DC Comics was killed off for the simple reason of shock value. That is insulting.
Anyway, I have decided to set up my own petition to send to DC comics. This petition really needs signatures so feel free to forward this to others.
