Exhausted but happy. As one of my colleagues pointed out "I think this is your year" to own it and to excel and behavior management and being a 4th year teacher. :) I do feel happy, confident and positive about this school year. I'm just gonna take it slow, build up the procedures (track) so my content (train) will stay on track this year.
