Magfest/New Years Rehash
So it's been a busy break for sure. Came down with the Christmas flu right after Paul so spent most of the second week of break sleeping it off then proceeded to wage war and clean house. BF and I saw Sherlock Holmes which was actually decent!!! (story, action, plot etc) for new years and then ate at Cosi...mmmmmh. And then came home had had Nitequil shots which were much less fun than true alcohol for new years.
Then Friday we and a friend went to Magfest met up with our usual crew of friends and hung out. Saw an awesome Improv and saw somebody propose during it. Got to talk to my best friend from HS who I hadn't seen in 6 years which was nice to catch up a little. Came back Saturday tried my hand at some gaming for a couple hours. Saw ArmCannon in concert :) Today I visited with my family, one of our older relatives passed away recently so my parents adopted her dog. It'll be interesting how she adjusts...she already bosses our other dog around and prances like a princess.
I'm sad now...our house is getting quiet again and I have to go back to work tomorrow. boo.
