Had an interview for one school 100% full time art job, went really well and my principal gave me rave reviews. Knew it was a long shot but felt awesome till yesterday when I got the news I didn't get it.
Now I have to do my usual spring ritual of transfer fair and job scramble again. I'm very jealous of people that get right in first year 100% art job. That's usually not the case but as much as I like two schools the ultimate goal is to get one full time job and be part of the school community.
My county takes pretty good care of its people and helps us to get jobs but it is still a time of high anxiety for me now.
