One of the reasons I love being a mom...morning greetings.
Usually in the mornings Dominic wakes up and comes into my room and crawls into bed and we snuggle a bit before I finally get up. This morning he comes in, crawls into bed, and after I turn over and give him a hug he says: "I love you Mommy. You are my best girl in the whole world. You are so beautiful." Yep. My day started out that awesome.
In the funny category, about two days ago Dominic crawls into bed and says (in a very nice tone of voice): "Mommy, I want you to get your butt up, ok?". I told him that was not a very nice thing to say, so he thought about it a moment and said: "Mommy, I want you to get your butt up, PLEASE." That was good for a laugh or two. Another great way to start a morning.
