There is a cut because there are eighty-three HI titles.

Oooh, those ones are pretty cool. The catch so far has been cost, for the relatively small run we need.

I'm actually wondering if Purple Elephant Herald COULD be registered...

It's possible it might need to be Purpure Elephant instead (or Purpure [French-for-elephant], but Elephants are registerable heraldic charges, and heraldic charges (sometimes with colors) are a period heraldic title pattern:
