It's been a good week, but I've felt strangely inept. Answering questions wrong and then sitting through a two and a half hour seminar full of SLP graduate students with perfect hair and perfect enunciation did not help. Decision making has been difficult, and I've made two phone calls today cancelling/rescheduling appointments that I made in haste. Ooooh, maybe it's just been a very emotional week, because thanks to CBD: Emotions! I now understand that emotions are but hasty judgments that are neither irrational nor well-informed and may or may not predispose us to appropriate behavior. What? I don't know. Dave Brubeck is good. Wow. Jazz. Thank the lord I'm done with UMass for the week and pray pray pray for a good Friday night... and saturday (wait saturday is going to be AWESOME!!!)
