Rogue's apartment & office
Rogue lives in an apartment in the East Eden district [N18 on the map]. Her apartment is spacious, with two floors, and two bedrooms. The bottom floor has a kitchen, living room, a dining room, and a half-bath. The top floor has two bedrooms, one of which is Rogue's, and the other is usually unoccupied. She lets young runaways stay there while she looks for places for them, or until someone from Westchester can come get them.
She's not actively looking for a roommate, as her salary from Xavier's is more than adequate to cover her rent, and she likes being able to give the kids a real bed, not just a couch. She might make an exception, however.
Rogue also owns a 2000 silver Mitsubishi Galant, which she parks in the garage under her building. She doesn't drive often, as she lives about a ten minute walk from her office, but she does drive back to Westchester a couple times a month.
Rogue's office is several blocks south of her apartment, about six blocks from the el, in a highrise building [O22]. It's on the bottom floor, making it more accessable to street kids and runaways. She leaves her business cards all over town, so she's easy to find.
The office itself isn't really an office so much as a hang-out place. There is a big screen TV, couches and chairs, and a couple computers with internet access. There's always food, and any kid who comes in cold and hungry can stay and warm up. There's also a shower, washer and dryer. It's open from 12pm-7pm Monday-Saturday, and is closed Sunday.
Rogue will help anyone who comes in, but does her best to get them off the streets. Having been on the streets herself, she knows the problems that come with it and wants the best for the kids. She works hard to convince mutants to go to Westchester and finish school, and works with placement agencies and employers to get other kids off the streets. She is also very familiar with the homeless shelters throughout the city, and is on good terms with most of their directors and those of soup kitchens. Xavier's has promised generous donations to these organizations if they send any mutants Rogue's way. (Yes, that's kind of bribery, but it works.)
