If you were in Marie-Antoinette & Louis XVI's position, how do you think you would try to handle the situation (just before the actual start of the Revolution)?: being as i'd be royalty and back then royalty had no interest in the common people, i cant say i'd really do anything differently. i'd most likely keep spending my time living it up at Versailles and letting my advisers handle the situation. i think i'd probably end up noticing something was wrong when it really got out of hand.
