I write in the most respectable daily newspaper there is how stupid, idiotic and contemptible Mr. Sarkozy's foreign policy is, and how much better France would be ( Read more... )

Nicolas has no clue about the subtleties of foreign policy. I'm being charitable - not even the basics. He thinks getting photographed with fratboydoesgood and threatening Iran with war constitutes a proper strategy. And he dares to criticize me for my policy in 2003?! "Arrogance"?! What does he think - that yes, France should have opposed the war, but not told America so? Not done what I could to have stopped it? Incompetent little moron.

Of course, look who I am talking to. Darling, I had no idea you had become such an expert on diplomacy. Got better acquainted with Hezbollah, have you? And I didn't even know you could tell Turkey apart from Iran. I have to say, I am very surprised to learn that the Parti Socialiste have continued to pay for a speechwriter for you. I would have thought they'd slowly be trying to give you the hint. Little things, you know, like failing to replace the lightbulb in your office. I suppose you won't finally accept that your time is over until they change the locks.

I don't believe Nicolas thinks at all...

As for the PS, even they are bright enough to see I'm their best chance for 2012.

Please. I have better chance of being the Socialist Party candidate for 2012 than you do, darling. After all, I am the unofficial opposition to Nicolas now.

I don't see you with the title of "Nicolas's Conscience."

I avoid giving myself ridiculous titles.

Oh? Darling, you don't think being the official Parti Socialiste Candidate is a ridiculous title? If that expectation of yours is not ridiculous, I don't know what is.

It is not a title but a function. I know the concept of something earning by one's work rather than by one's person is hard for you to understand, but do give it a try.

When one works, one uses one's person, n'est-ce pas? You are confusing my pretty head again, darling.

Retirement suits your head very well. Go back to your fireside and... oh, sorry, you can't go there, you have to go to the judge's instead.

I am happy to go visit the judges and explain reality to them.

Why don't you save time, forget about your delusions of leadership and competence, and go back to your non-husband's arms and... oh, sorry, you can't go there, can you? Because he's left you.

...because it's not a delusion, darling. More people believe in me than in you.

If you can't keep even Francois interested in you, you'll never keep France.

I believe you really mean "if you got bored with François, you'll get bored with France"? Well, there might be some truth in that, but you have to concede that I remained with François for 30 years while I only want to govern France for 10 years, surely I ought to keep myself amused that long.

Btw, have you ever been introduced to my new boytoy potential partner favourite speechwriter romantic interest AHEM special friend?
