time for a new beginning.

it's officially August, yay! time for a new start, sigh.. I love fresh beginnings.


- Lose at least 7 lbs.
- Get down to a size 00
- Weight under 100 lbs.
- Slim down thighs
- Master fouettes en pointe
- Land a solid triple pirouette (on both sides)
- Be a master on pique/chaine etc.. turns
- Keep a 4.5 gpa
- Control my purging habits
- Control my food intake
- Eat 500 or less cal. a day
- Fast twice a month for three days.
- Be courtious towards my mother and father
- Use my credit card wisely
- Stop eating during school

I know I can do it, I'm truly excited for this month.
