That was howrose_of_pollux defined a classic, and I’m going to have to agree with her. [Is it bad that I had to look up when Walt Disney died?] Just checked, and my favorite classic, “Fantasia,” does indeed qualify. This movie has it all. Needless to say, the fact that so many stories can be told through pure music is what sets this about. However, it also has so many emotions too-the beautiful dance of the flowers, the absolute horror that is “Night on Bald Mountain,” and my favorite scenes, which are the before, during and after of the dinosaurs. When I don’t have the time to watch the entire movie, but I want to watch good animation and/or listen to good music, I always put the following on:
