Things in the work kitchen today:
Two humongous trays of amazing chicken and rice casserole
Two trays of sweet potato casserole
Apple tarts
Pumpkin cheesecake
Salads and dressings
I wish I could spoon it into a huge container and have some people over for dinner, or bring it to house church. Unforunately, all I have are small plastic bowls, and it's not really feasible to carry 10 plastic bowls out to my car.
But the waste! I spend hours making food that doesn't taste nearly as good as what's free on the kitchen counter right now. :)
