The First Time Is The Hardest

Today I got out and I saw a beautiful old place in this town: it was the oldest bank;
and then I saw something very funny: the city hall thinks that it's interesting to colour the water from the fountains, it makes people less depress(they said so)

In Philly we also have fountains with colored water... There is a boulevard with several fountains and each of them has the water colored differently.
