I have done and seen so much in the last few days that it's not even funny. Washington DC is SO much different from Salt Lake, in fact, I was SO excited to go to church on Sunday because that's really the only somewhat familiar thing I have around here that's even close to home. Yesterday I got to go to an interview with this guy named Danny Seigal. He's Jewish and helps the Jewish population in Israel a lot. I also found out that I just might get to meet Sweet Alice, you know, from the TV series Extreme Makeover, Home edition? And, if Mother THeresa were still alive I would have met her too. Crazy how life plays out, isn't it? I miss everyone so much, and, in fact, the day after I got here my sister was in a car accident. they had to operate on her arm because the bone was shattered. Not to mention that she's seven months pregnant. Man, that one got me really bad. My little niece Sally is starting kindergarted this fall, my nephew William pre-school, there's so much that i'm missing while I'm out here... I guess I'll have to make the best of that and see as much as I can. I think I'm going to the top of Washington Monument this fall, that should be really fun. Anyway, I guess I'll make like a tree and leaf so I can go play!
