I've been working on this for a little bit, but put in most of the work this evening. It's for a wedding announcement I'm designing - the girl wanted a damask pattern. I could have copied one, but I wanted the challenge of creating my own. I did copy some elements from two other patterns but it was a lot more than just auto-trace - plus I drew a lot of it myself and did all the tessellating myself. That's one of my favorite things - creating a pattern with Illustrator and getting it to tessellate right. Am I bragging a little? Probably a little. But it's in the excitement of having finished it.
