As the garments turn....
I will be sooooooo happy to finally have these things done. All the appliques are stitched down. The laurel wreath is almost all done on the hem of Her's. I have a little bit to go on the laurel wreath. I still have to do the embroidery and bead work on the roses. The chain on his is marked on the fabric, and it shouldn't take too long to couch the gold down. From there all that is left is to put the bezants on both garments. I hope to be done with them before the weekend.
From there I am going to take a much needed few day break, and I don't know, pack for Estrella. Ugh. I will be bringing Donngal's viking pants to Estrella. My hope was to finish up the whole garment at Estrella and surprise him with it. I was sad to find that I still had too much embroidery to do on the pants. For some reason I thought I had most of that done. I should have no problem finishing up the viking before having to start on Charlie and Renee's clothes for their Investiture.
It's awesome that so much cool stuff is happening to everyone around me, and I couldn't be happier. But, man am I busy lately.
