My former boss has lost five friends & family in the past two months to cancer.
He needs cookies.
He discovered that he's diabetic about this time last year.
I need dessert/cookie recipes that use splenda or are otherwise diabetic friendly, or tips on cooking with splenda. I know the packaging says it easily replaces sugar, but I've heard otherwise.
Any ideas?
