I'm just coming on here to tell you all that life is going pretty great lately!
Chicago was AMAZING! We sold out in 2 of our 3 shows!
I got a superior on my solos at solo and ensemble - I still have no idea how I pulled it off considering the fact that i learned the songs the day before....but i am eternally grateful and pleased!
Tomorrow is our Holiday Concert at school - I can't wait! I love wearing my red dress! It's so much fun! The holiday concert always has such an amazing atmosphere.
Heather, Ari, and I are singing "The Holly and the Ivy" there tomorrow! We sang it for Mr. Liscum today after school and while he said a couple things could be better - he enjoyed it and that he'd add us to the program! And it will rock too! :D
I got my first '9' on an essay for AP Lit (for those who don't know - 9 is the highest grade) It was on my paper about Alice's Adventures in Wonderland! Personally I was very discouraged after turning in the paper - it was the first essay in which I spent the WHOLE alloted time working on it and I just barely finished...I could barely start so I was sure it would be the worse paper i'd write all year - but apparently no! It's the best i've ever written! I was super happy! And after rereading the essay I was very pleased with the result!
Disney Candlelight has been a BLAST! I'm enjoying it very much - it's super fun!
The Calculus car that Michelle, Alex, and I are working on is ALMOST DONE! It just needs some fine tuning and we need to finish the paper work - but other than that - it's mostly done!
