All this rain is depressing me.
That said, life is pretty good. I'm really excited for the people who are coming to visit this weekend and for 2 field hockey games Sunday and for my new jeans. And for possibilities...even though they're stressing me out a little right now.
I feel like at Yale I have a few more or less constant friendships but that everything else is in a constant state of flux. That's kind of fun though--it's nice getting to know new people and it's funny to compare who I hang out with now compared to who I hung out with in high school.
I might be moving my desk out of the common room (in fact, almost definitely). Thank God...I just can't handle working in there when everyone's there. It's frustrating and distracting...because I can't very well kick them out of their common room.
It's really fantastic how there's always someone else to get to know here...and people don't have preconceived notions about you.
