Today was my last day at TK's. I brought my dad with me in the morning to see the office and meet everyone. Amelia gave him a tour of the senator's office, which was cool because I didn't know what a lot of the stuff in there was (he has all sort of pictures and artifacts and mementos).
Amelia, Bethany, and Christina took me out to lunch at Anthem, which is a nice restaurant nearby. We had yummy yummy fondue that intimidated me at first but turned out to be really good. Then I had a huge hamburger and laughed at Bethany and Christina for eating salads. I guess Amelia technically got a salad too but hers had so much cholesterol that it doesn't count.
Afterwards I had a semi-productive afternoon during which Amelia gave me a lecture on how to be safe at college: do not trust men. She also told me not to drink too much and such. However, the overriding lesson was not to wash my hair too often. Pleasant, right? But it was nice to know she cared (even though I guess I already knew that).
I just want to state for the record how unhealthy I was today. Breakfast: steak; Lunch: hamburger; Dinner: pork chops. Go me.
