Universality or all in one

Today there is my general thoughts about LiU student card. It is incredibly universal! I can use it as:
  • student card (surprisingly) to prove my identity inside LiU (to enter exams, for example)
  • library card
  • open different doors even when open hours are up
  • ID card for the sport hall and booking classes there
  • account for printing and copying inside campus
It looks like, that this is it or I don't know something more. Still there are a lot!!! Plus the fact that it is issued within 5 minutes in the campus!
However... yes, yes... there are no perfect things in the world. It's great to have all in one and it's a nightmare to lose it. Of course, it can be proposed that this bunch of cards (when they are not united in one) is carried in the wallet and it's the same to lose one or to lose the wallet... The second and the most significant imperfection is that there are still a bunch of student cards for railway, public transportation, student unions and so on. Thus, there are still a lot of opportunities for unification including banking card and ID. :-) Or is it too much (Big brother follows you ;-)?
