The list of vaccinations, medications and insect repellents we have to bring to India is so long, it is a wonder that the Indian Subcontinent is actually overpopulated. I have a feeling that the prophylactic antibiotics we have to take will make me as sick as the the food and water might in the absence of them. Oh, well. You won't catch me without my repellent-impregnated mosquito netting. I am not actually looking forward to the trip wholeheartedly, I must admit. If it were just Tarzan and I traveling around together ourselves, I would be happier about it. We will be traveling with an Indian friend and his mother, and I highly doubt that I can be sufficiently polite and accomodating for the entire two weeks of our journey. I truly hope I can be, but, experience tells me that I will tire of it.
