The last week has been comprised mostly of "lasts." The last time I will see Debbie, John, and the kids. The last time I will see this friend, that friend. The last time I will eat at Homegrown. The last time I will feed Tyler and Puggy. The last time I will drive a car. The last time I will sleep in my bed, take a shower in my shower, eat breakfast in my kitchen. The last time I will pet my cat, or draw my curtains. The last time I will see Andy or my grandparents, or Caitlyn. All the last time until Thanksgiving which seems impossibly far away.

Nonetheless I am beyond excited for tomorrow, and not only because this last week at home was dismally lonely 5 out of 7 days. In less than 12 hours I will see Rosie, and in less than 24 I will no doubt have seen Deana and all the other people from Orientation as well. That is an exciting thought, and I'm excited to tape up my photographs and magazine pages on my wall at school and know that not only do I have a place at school, but somehow I managed to find a little something to hold on to in Delaware as well.
