(no subject)
I'd really like to just leave work and go home right now... I have a lot of work to do here, but man... a nice nap in the afternoon could be just what I need! Too bad so sad.
Yesterday I spent the afternoon/evening with Sam and Allie in preparation of Sam leaving for the mountains tomorrow... it still isn't real for me yet which sucks because it's going to be really hard when it hits and she isn't here to hang out with. *sad*
On the bright side the folkfest line up is released on wednesday and the tickets go on sale on Sunday! Mark's work schedule so far says he'll be working mornings for that week, so that means he'll be there the 4 full days. (AWESOME) and of course Sam will be home for that with many tales of the West Coast Trail and all that. Very wonderful.
PLUS i'm very excited about my trip out to Peachland in August for a week. We're going to go tubing! i've never been tubing but I've always wanted to just float down a river and hang out. Awesome.
Anyways.... I have to get back to work. The radio on CBC3 is really boring right now... HOLY BORING INTERVIEW. GAWD.
I think I need a coffee... I've been yawning all day.
Let's go outside.
I'm going to start a Garden Blog. For serious. Allie and I will be blogging crazy with garden updates.
HMMM I wish I could start that up right now.
Mark's home today because OEM is being stupid and not letting him work until tomorrow. JERKS. But that means I get to spend the evening with him and make up for yesterday when we hardly spent any time together. (i missed him... it was weird. but good)
And so because he's home today he's making me steak for dinner. And a baked potato. YUM.
