THe dinner went off without a hitch. (besides the fact we ate an hour later than planned).
Everything was awesome and dad's surprise gift from us kids was a new 27" tv to replace is 18 year old piece of crap. He was really surprised and touched. Aww...
I ignored mom all night because talking to her makes me depressed. So it was a good and bad. Good that we made dinner for my dad and cleaned up and Dad didn't have to do anything. Good that everything was delicious. Bad that mom is pretty much dying in the den and I can't even look at her because I get so angry at her. Thanks for giving up, Mom. Thanks a lot.
Back to work tomorrow. I wonder what kind of treats we'll have to celebrate dad's birthday? That's what they do there... we get treats when it's someone's birthday. Awesome.
PS: I am going to lose 50 lbs in a year. That makes me excited.
