Ugh
Ok, so the sale of my half of the condo is supposed to happen this week. It would be excellent if it actually went through. I guess it depends on 2 things - 1) the ex's brother gets off his ass and does his end (this is the non-drug addict one who is a lawyer) and 2) the gf will actually part with the money I am asking for (which should actually be $5000 higher than what I am asking her to pay).

I am trying to live through a cold that I think I caught it from my friends Joey and Dave. Joey was very sick with a cold on Friday, so I went after my first night of the part-time job and made her and Dave soup. It hit me Monday like a ton of bricks - I slept that morning til almost 11, then from 2 until almost 8. I could tell yesterday that I was feeling a bit better but wanted a nap by 6 in the evening; I feel better today but have one of those dry coughs that leave your throat raw.

On the job front, I am still at the college but am ready to leave everyday. I have put in my resume and application for a manager position at the Jimmy Johns located about a mile from the apartment, and 3 doors down from the fabric store where I am working part-time. If I don't get a position there, I'll start going to some of the temp agencies near where I live.

OK, time to pretend I am working.
