Well, I won't have the money for the condo for at least 2-3 weeks now. They want to wait for the paperwork to be completed.
PLUS - the ex asked if I would bring the price down some because the gf is freaking out. NO! I calmly explained that if I did, I owuld not be making SQUAT due to having to pay taxes on what I would be making and that I already brought it down more than I would have liked.
