So today is Friday, and this has totally been my workout week. Monday Matt and I played racketball, Wednesday I did a yoga class, and this morning I did an aerobics class with weights/pilates ball/stretch bands.
I'm planning on eventually doing aerobics and racketball on Monday, Tuesday be prep for Cub Scouts, Wednesday being spinning (bikes, not yarn) and yoga, Thursday being bellydance, and Friday being aerobics, with Saturday being either swimming or hiking or something else active with the family.
I really enjoy being active, and the girls who do the daycare at the Rec Center are great girls.
Dy'a think I can do it? Can I get skinny?
PS: On my way home I almost hit a marching band with my car. The high school right around the corner is practicing for the 4th of July parade, and they march right past the opening to my cul de sac. Since there's a corner you have to turn between the school and that little street, if the band is in front of the cul de sac, you can't see them from the rest of the road. SO I backed up and the marched around me. Pan thought it was awesome, and kept waving and waving to the kids. I thought it was neat, too of course. And I was rather surprised to see that they march bass clarinets (it's a pretty small marching band).
