fucking rain, go away, come the fuck another day!

i fucking stressed over nothing!!!

im a fucking hater!!

so i planned to run and use my new mizuno's today, but the rain di not cooperate. So i hit the gym.

Circuit training: (30 secs each exercise, 3 exercises, 1 min rest)..do a least 3 sets
Dips - BW
Squats - 135lb
Snatch - 55lbs
4 SETS

total exercise time (w/ rest): 9 mins

9 fucking minutes equivalent to a hard work out...my sweat was dripping, i was panting, i was grunting and my muscles were pumped....i was trembling right after....

will do again in 3 days...

i spent more time in the gym lounging about and waiting for the flood to subside than workig out hehehehe,,,,
