my spring break!
had a great spring break. I didn't do much exciting stuff like a lot of other poeple did, but it was still super relaxing and fun!
First, I am no longer a CA (YAY!!!!!!!), James came over the Monday of finals week to help me move. I had so many things to do that I felt bad becasue he was just waiting for me to get done with class/the ca job and the 100's of otherthings I had to get done. If I didn't have the ca job, I could have let on Wednesday morning, but I had to stay until friday at 5pm. It was ok though b/c I had to move into Brewster. I absolutely love it here!!! It is nice that I can finally refocus on my schoolwork! I had a party for my sister in law to welcome her into the family.
My parents invited about 25 people so our house was packed. My "dad" (my parents have a friend sho claims that he had a fling with my mom 21 years ago) gave me a dollar for my highschool graduation. I don't care how I was conceptualized (probably the wrong word, but oh well!), I got a dollar!!!
My parents friend Mac came over too and talked to Robin and me. I got to drive his new car (a 35,000 car - It also goes 0-60 within seconds! Amazing!!!). Anyways it was a stickshift and it was super fun!! Again Mac found someway to terrorize Robin. He is 60 and said that if he were 30 years younger he would date her, and then he talked to us about our astrological signs and told us about our sex lives and future. I thought it was funny, Robin is probably still trying to figure out what is going on. :p
I saw the movie "Ice Age 2" with Robin last week. It was a cute movie. I probably wont buy it but it was cute. I feel so bad for the squirrel!! I also watched "Pride and Prejudice" and it was really good! I might buy it! I showed my mom the movie "Crash" and it was soo fun listening to her reactions becuase that movie gets you soo angry. She loved it! So did I! I also saw the movie "Cabaret" this weekend. It was good and Liza Minelli actually came off as normal!
I went over to Angies new place last week and she showed me around. It was a really nice apartment. She also showed me this show called "Greys anatomy" and that show is really good! I'm suprised I had never seen it!.
I miss James already! I learned soo much about him and I am really looking foreward to what will happen in the future for us. We attempted to fly a kite but there wasnt enough wind so that stunk. We went to his nephews 6th birthday yesterday and that was a lot of fun. James and I were taking bets on who was going to break a pinata. 6 year olds are sooo cute!!! I was supposed to take the 6pm bus yesterday but it filled up so I ended uptaking the 1130 bus. It was nice because I got an extra 5 hours with James and I got to have a real dinner. His sister has given me a love for brussel sprouts! Mmmm, they are amazing!!! James got a new video game called "Kindom Hearts" (I think), and so he played that mucho and I slept! I watched a little of it and they have characters like Jack Sparrow and other people from various disney movies. We also planned out our summer so I am looking forward to taht! Reno, California, and camping! yay!!!
I went to the womens show this year with Laura and Robin. It was fun but I felt kind of cheated. I remember coming home with bags of free samples and I only came home with 1.5. Plus, it seemed like there were only 75% of the booths there, than previous years.
I got my job back at the pool so I am going to hopefully be teaching 40 hours a week and coaching. I am going to be rich!!! yay! I need money! I'm poor! I know I did more over break but I can't remember. I'll post more later!
