It's really simple, first you have your base. 1) Duplicate and set to screen 2) Duplicate screenlayer and set to soft light. 3) Merge al layers. 4) New layer, floodfill with #bedbe4 and set to burn. 5) New layer, floodfill with #01071e and set to exclusion. 6) New layer, set to lighten, take a round brush with hardness to 0 and select a reddish color so you can make the red dot in your icon. 7) All finished!
It depends on the quality of the original picture if it turns out nice. If the colors are too bright you might desaturate the soft light layer in step 2.
Could you tell me how to get the colouring of the icons? I would really love a tutorial or something :)
