Manga and Cats
Silver Diamond
The last few days I spent most of my free time reading this manga. It was a real surprise for me. Definitely in my TOP5. It has a lot of similarities with Kyou Kara Maou: a guy gets sucked into a different world/dimension where he uses his special powers to fight, surrounded by a sort of male harem (the "shounen ai" element is also mostly used for comedy). And for both stories the alternate universe is very developed with its own History, customs, hierarchy, fauna and flora. There are also other similar points that would be spoilers. But I found Silver Diamond much deeper, more touching and more powerful. The characters, even the secondary ones and the "animals", are all very developed. At first I was drawn by the sense of humor and the imagination. And when I thought the story was stagnating midway, there was that mindblowing plot-twist that took the story into a whole new dimension. I think this is the first manga that made me actually cry. It also reminded me of many things I was about to forget.
Random note: the manga has some references to Johnny's, the first one was a sudden mention of "kimutaku" that took me totally by surprise :D
Neko Atsume
I've been playing for 5 weeks and I'm still enjoying it a lot. Since I had no one to party with on 09/09 I threw a party with the cats after I placed all the goodies that have smap references, and then Tubbs came and gave me 56 silver fish because 56 is a magic number and Tubbs is just awesome like that.
/Is it just me or does this game have too many smap references? lol
Anyway, I already have my smap!neko set:
I had too many things to write about sxs, gyouten, mado, 09/09, etc. but I'm being too lazy...
PS: I dreamt of Kimura last night . He was doing some kind of variety show with a young singer/songwriter where they went to shops and sang together in a house and Kimura was trying to do a Janet Jackson monomane and failed hard but he was so cool and hot. Why do I always fall in love with Kimura in my dreams?

- Goro => Xerxes IX because he's a classy prince with a unibrow
- Kimura => Fred the Lady Killer (runner up: Gozer the sore loser)
- Shingo => Tubbs, duh
- Nakai => Socks. Even though there's another black cat literally called Kuroneko-san. But I think Socks is much more fit to be Nakai because 1/She loves the hat; 2/She looks like Michael Jackson when she's wearing hiding under the hat and 3/She loves Mister Penguin and seeing her sleeping on it just reminds me of Nakai for some reason
- Tsuyopon=> Lady Gaga (official name Lady MeowMeow / Amesho-san)
- SMAP => Nekomata-sama because she's awe-inspiring and she gave me her memento in a moment when I was really down. I felt like I actually received power from that mysterious stone <3
